The greatness of this group continues to be magnified in this new project that will from now on form part of its constellation of restaurants, together with other gastronomic stars such as Bel Mondo, Pink Mamma, Jacuzzi or Villa Capri around the world.

After a decade of history, the Big Mamma group finally lands in Gran Milano, to unfold its own ode to Italy from the stage where it all began, and where it will continue to showcase its gastronomy and local produce. From the burrata of Caseificio ‘La Murgia’ to the Bavarian T-bone steak of ‘La Co Carni’.

Gloria evokes a glamorous and opulent villa of the mid-sixties, structured in three cosy spaces dressed in pastel shades of purple and yellow. In them, light falls and fills the space through large windows, illuminating the interior along with more than a hundred Murano glass lamps and other sumptuous and elegant elements that form part of the great work of design directed by its interior design studio, Studio Kiki.

From 1 December, its tables will be occupied by Milanese diners and tourists or visitors who will be able to sample delicacies based on authentic Italian recipes with a twist from France, Spain, England and Germany: influences that will shape the culinary identity designed by its brigade from all over the country: from Udine to Ragusa.

Within its gastronomic proposal, you will find highlights such as ‘La Girella con Ragù di Coniglio Ligure’ or ‘l’Astice Gigante da 1kg’ with hollandaise sauce and caviar, the ‘Valrhona Chocolate Soufflé 75%’ with chocolate ganache, praline biscuit and Madagascar vanilla ice cream, and of course, its XXL fior di latte artisan ice cream bomb topped with a tempting variety of toppings to choose from.

Where can you live Gloria’s culinary dream? In Via Tivoli 3, 20121 Milan, from 1 December.
