The subcultural spirit of Palace now establishes a connection with the classic British elegance of Wedgwood, a house founded in 1759 specialising in ceramic products that has a powerful legacy of over 200 years.
Following a commitment to transform Wedgwood into a creative hub for artists, the brand is now partnering with Palace Skateboards to create a collection clothed in British ingenuity, archival design and elevated craftsmanship.
Based on parameters such as freedom of expression, artistic experimentation and authenticity, Palace x Wedgwood serves a complete tea set on its exclusive table, accompanied by a pair of skateboards sheathed in the same aesthetic imagery as the rest of the collection.
The teapot, cup, saucer and saucer all feature a graphic strawberry print taken directly from the Palace archives. A motif also inspired by Wedgwood’s heritage, and its pattern of strawberries and vines.
Finally, to reinforce the storytelling of the campaign, Palace has enlisted Alasdar McLellan to star in a video and lookbook inspired by ‘The Antiques Roadshow’; featuring TAR ceramics expert Lars Tharp alongside the Palace team Chewy Cannon, Savannah Stacey Keenan and Danny Brady.
