A few months ago, chef Roberto Martínez temporarily installed himself at the Only YOU Boutique Hotel in Chueca to offer a gastronomic pop-up of Tripea based on ceviches, and this autumn he is back again to serve hot, seasonal dishes, such as Peking-style duck gyozas, veal cheek bao in curry sauce or sautéed noodles with Char Siu bacon, vegetables and shitakes. Although great hits from the previous season will continue, such as the chicken chilli croquette (version 2.0.) or the sautéed prawn ceviche.
This original and exclusive proposal will be available from Wednesday to Saturday for lunch (from 1.30pm to 4pm) and dinner (from 8.30pm to 11pm), in the hotel’s interior garden. The gastronomic concept that Tripea will be offering for a limited time, is inspired by the autumn season and has the distinctive and fun touch so characteristic of Roberto’s restaurant, whose motto is: “Eat and freak out”.
Other delicacies that can also be ordered at the pop up, in addition to those already mentioned at the beginning, are the “Sweet Chili” chicken wings, passion fruit and mint, or desserts such as the passion fruit cheesecake and the lucuma and coffee flan.
If you want to try Tripea’s pop up at the Only YOU Hotel, you’ll have to book as soon as possible, because it sells out quickly.
