The gastronomic section follows the line of culinary luxury, thanks to the prestigious chef Andreu Genestra and his one-star Mediterranean restaurant. With this new location, Genestra continues to promote Mallorcan culture through his sustainable cuisine. “It will be an experience that diners will initiate from the moment they enter the estate. We will welcome them in the courtyard where they will be offered appetizers and then move to the dining room where, at all times, they will see us cooking in a new kitchen that we have incorporated” explains the chef himself.
But Zoëtry Mallorca’s gastronomic offer is also completed with other gourmet spaces such as the restaurant Es Mercat, which offers breakfast and dinner service; the gastro bar Ses Bovedes, specialized in tapas; the beautiful bars Sa Clastra and Es Cotó, the latter outdoors and ideal for sharing encounters under the summer sky; and Es Clot, next to the swimming pool.
Promoting wine tourism in the heart of Mallorca
In addition to the large hotel complex that is composed of two majestic buildings, which belonged to the historic estate Sa Torre, a windmill of the fifteenth century or a neo-Gothic chapel of the nineteenth century with a spectacular dome, in this area -less than 2 km-, you can also find the Bodegas Bordoy, terra de marès, a unique place of 22 hectares of a very characteristic terroir of Sa Marina de Llucmajor, marès soil: a rock resulting from the lithification of the sea dunes. Here are grown varieties such as Callet, gargollassa, mantonegro, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, syrah and tempranillo, Giró ros, prensal blanc, chardonnay and viognier.
They offer guided tours and tasting experiences lasting 90 minutes, in which visitors can discover the winemaking room, the barrel room and the vineyard. In addition, you will also enjoy a tasting of 5 of the wines of Bodegas Bordoy paired with km0 products.
