It seems that everything Krispy Kreme touches or creates turns to gold. This has been demonstrated in previous collaborative episodes such as the one she launched with Hailey Bieber. Now, she’s venturing into a whole new dimension, reaching into the Scooby-Doo universe to present this new Halloween special.
We’ve asked Scooby-Doo™ and his friends to solve ‘The Case of the Missing Doughnuts’ because it seems like every time we put a dozen Krispy Kreme doughnuts in, they disappear almost immediately’, said Dave Skena, Global Chief Brand Officer of Krispy Kreme.
These new Scooby-Doo snacks come in four versions. The first is the classic ‘Scooby Dooby-Doo’, an original glazed doughnut dipped in blue Scooby Doo icing with lime green icing swirls, orange sponge cake batter buttercream and a chocolate chunk, followed by the ‘Mystery Machine’ dipped in chocolate icing and chocolate shavings, with lime green icing.
Adding to that themed collection is the ‘Spooky Monster Cookies N’ Kreme Doughnut’ filled with Oreo Cookies n’ Kreme, dipped in purple icing and topped with Oreo pieces, and a Scooby Doo monster chocolate chip; as well as the ‘Halloween Orange Sprinkle Doughnut’ with orange icing and spooky Halloween decoration.
Scooby-Doo x Krispy Kreme is now available in US shops.
