Brazilian brigadeiros recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar condensed milk (approximately 350-400 g)
  • 60 g butter
  • 35 g cocoa
  • Chocolate sprinkles

Preparation:

  • Mix the condensed milk, cocoa powder and butter in a saucepan. Over low heat, stir well for 10 minutes so that it does not stick.
  • Remove and pour into a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let it cool in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  • When the mixture is more solid, take it out of the fridge and form balls with greased hands and sprinkle them with the chocolate sprinkles. You can let them cool in the fridge longer or eat them now.
