This year’s edition proposes 8 different routes that correspond to groupings with the different enclaves of the hotels. In addition, one of the novelties of this new Hotel Tapa Tour in Madrid is the premiere of the in-house formula at the Rosewood Villa Magna. This is an unprecedented experience with which you can make a tapas route within the hotel itself, knowing its different gastronomic spaces. From Four Seasons to Mandarin Ritz or Radisson Red Madrid
This year the proposal is very complete and a lot of hotels will participate and have prepared up to 4 creations each with different pairings. From signature croquettes to sweet bites. Diners will be able to organize their own tapas route choosing those hotels they prefer, with prices around 8-10 € per tapa and pairing, with which to have the opportunity to taste the creations of chefs as prestigious as great chefs such as Ignacio Vara (from Isa Restaurant and Cocktail Bary in Four Seasons), Quique Dacosta (Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid), Jesus Sanchez (Rosewood Villa Magna), Eneko Atxa (Radisson Red Madrid) or Ramon Freixa (The Principal Madrid).
For example, at the Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Dacosta has prepared a Bocado de Khao Soi a la española paired with D.O. Cava Mestres Clos Damiana Gran Reserva Brut Nature, for 9 €.
