The Academy of Gastronomy of Ibiza and Formentera has delivered this Monday, August 21, the gastronomic awards of 2022, which recognizes the professionalism and work in the field of restoration to different personalities and restaurants of the Pitiusas islands. This year, among the award winners have highlighted the chefs Paco Budia and Íñigo Rodríguez and the restaurants Nudo (which was also Tapas Magazine’s T de Oro award in 2022), S’Espartar and Sa Caleta. Another of the restaurants that the Academy of Gastronomy of Ibiza and Formentera wanted to highlight was Sa Caleta. The academics wanted to highlight “the excellence in the service offered by Jordi Cardona in the restaurant Sa Caleta”. This family restaurant, of traditional seafood cuisine, is open all year round and is a clear example of tireless dedication to gastronomic excellence and authenticity.

On this occasion, the President of the Consell d’Eivissa, Vicent Marí, presented the award to the Cofradía.
