Cap Sa Sal is a private hotel with 10 rooms -it also has a villa and a series of apartments- perched on a cliff to offer breathtaking views of the sea. But not only that, because its environment is a forest of centenary pines that “flood the atmosphere with that wonderful aroma of salt and amber”. In the company of Aperol Spritz, seasonal rice dishes, fish and seafood from the area round off the experience in this Mediterranean paradise.
