The Fitzgerald is becoming one of the most important burger chains in Spain. Now it continues its expansion and has joined forces with the Heura brand to launch new 100% vegan burgers. Following its motto, “You speak and we listen”, the group is renewing its menu to include new vegan options from Heura, a brand that is a benchmark in plant-based foods. To celebrate this collaboration, this Thursday, May 18, the brands have organized an ephemeral Pop Up in the premises that The Fitzgerald has in Avenida de Brasil, 14 (Madrid).

It will be open to the public from 8 pm until closing and 500 100% vegan burgers of Heura will be given away. In addition, attendees will be able to enjoy music with live DJ, a professional tattoo artist who will perform vegan tattoos and lots of games and activities.

These are your new vegan burgers

The three new vegan Heura options that have been added to The Fitzgerald’s menu cost €9.50. On one side is the Vegan Cheese Burger, with Heura beef, vegan bread, ketchup, straw potatoes, vegan cheese, pickles, lettuce and mayonnaise. You can also try the Vegan BBQ Burger, with Heura beef, vegan bread, caramelized onion, vegan cheese, barbecue, pickles, lettuce and fried onion. And the last option is the Crispy Vegan Burger, with Heura beef, vegan bread, long no-chicken, vegan cheese, tomato, lettuce, onion, mayonnaise and ketchup.

Vegans can also order The Fitzgerald’s other 100% vegan option: Vegan Nuggets (5.90 €) made with soy protein, which can be combined with any sauce.

The celebration will not end here because, although you can not attend the ephemeral Pop Up, The Fitzgerald is also launching a special promotion through Uber Eats. Until May 21, if you place an order through Uber Eats with a minimum consumption of 5 €, you will get a free vegan burger.
