Dwayne Johnson is one of the actors who is most careful about his diet. He has a physique that very few others can achieve. To achieve this, in addition to hard training sessions, the actor also follows a strict diet with seven meals a day and a total intake of 6,000 calories every day. One of his main foods is cod. In an interview he confessed that he eats 400 kg of this fish per year, because of its high content of arginine, an amino acid that favours the increase of muscle mass. But, as well as being very rigorous with his diet, ‘The Rock’ also gives himself a day off to enjoy a well-deserved cheat meal. A few days ago, he shared his ‘cheat meal’ for Sunday, the size and appearance of which is not suitable for all palates. Check out the video.

The wrestler also showed how he enjoyed one of his favourite meals, in XXL format of course. He made himself a big stack of banana and coconut pancakes, with extra peanut butter. He also accompanied it by combining two flavours of a proprietary energy drink he launched a couple of years ago. The brand is called Zoa Energy and is having a runaway success in the United States. On this occasion, Johnson mixed watermelon and strawberry with tropical punch. He added: “This combination is crazy. Plus, I’m like a little kid with my flavours.

On other occasions, the actor has also shared other hearty Sunday cheat meals such as a large portion of sushi, French toast, cheeseburger with bacon and fries, or a slice of cheesecake, among other meals.
