If you were a fan of Shin Chan, you must visit a small restaurant in the centre of Madrid whose decoration focuses on the famous cartoon character. In addition, many of the products on display in the restaurant can also be bought, so they will delight the most die-hard fans.
As for the food they serve, it is simple, delicious and very cheap Asian cuisine. The place is called Tasty Bowl and is located in the La Latina neighbourhood. You can create your own bowl, or opt for their noodles with crispy chicken, homemade duck dim sum or rice with teriyaki chicken, among other specialities. For dessert they have their signature colourful Rainbow cheesecake. To drink, you can also enjoy typical Asian beers and soft drinks.
Although the shop is small -they also have a delivery option-, inside they offer the possibility of buying most of the products they have on display: from stuffed animals to T-shirts and bags. So the most nostalgic Shin Chan fans have found a temple to remember their childhood with the most famous phrases from the mischievous cartoon.
