On 5 May we will pay tribute to our mothers in many ways, but one of them will be by enjoying an evening with them in one of these restaurants where we can intensify that emotional connection around gastronomy. From the most sophisticated to the most informal experience (tattoo included): this post is dedicated to all mothers.
Cornamusa (Madrid)
In this restaurant located at the top of the Palacio de Cibeles, you can book an exclusive date with your mother to enjoy the cuisine of chef Manuel Berganza, executive chef of Azotea Grupo, and Jesús Almagro, head chef of Cornamusa.
This is a proposal in which they bring out the best of Madrid’s gastronomy through dishes such as Guadarrama beef sirloin with mustard emulsion, mushrooms and roasted marrow; smoked rice and goat’s cheese with veal tendons and roasted beetroot; Aubergine, mushrooms and truffle made into a cannelloni, pine nuts from Castile and truffle flakes; or black monkfish with Miraflores butter sauce and caviar, among many other dishes with which to delve into Cornamusa’s exquisite traditional tribute.
