Rafa Zafra is one of the chefs who most often includes caviar in his menu. In Estimar restaurant he shows it off, with options such as red shrimp and caviar tartar. But in all his restaurants, such as Estimar Barcelona, Cala Jondal in Ibiza, Amar or Mar Mia, you can eat it in different ways: from his emblematic Bikini of smoked salmon and osetra caviar to the caviar canapé as a tribute to Estimar, the seven yolk egg with bacon and caviar or the Oyster Nº2 “Marennes-Oléron” with caviar.

In the exclusive restaurant of the Robuchon Group in Madrid, more specifically in its haute cuisine space of L’Atelier, you have at your disposal several dishes containing this food, such as its iconic Le Caviar Imperial, a fine gelée of lobster, king crab and caviar de Sologne, which can be tasted in its Tasting Menu. At BLESS Hotel Madrid you have different gastronomic options to enjoy an evening depending on your mood: SLVJ Madrid, Pinzelada Lounge or the terrace of Picos Pardos Sky Lounge. The legendary restaurant, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, also includes caviar in its menu. One of its most emblematic dishes is the Búcaro “Don Pío”, with Gelée consommé, smoked salmon, quail egg and caviar.
