“I have no idea” who Maluma and J Balvin are. With these ironic words, Britney Spears announced on her Instagram account that she had had dinner on Wednesday with both artists. The Colombian singers notified the pop princess that they were going to be in New York and she traveled there to spend the evening with them.
The artists decided to have dinner at a sushi restaurant. It is called Zero Bond and it is a private club that you can only enter if you are part of it. Of course, membership is anonymous, that is, it is not known who the members of this club are. What is known is that they must be people with economic capacity.
To be part of the Zero Bond club you must pay a thousand dollars as an initial payment, in addition to about $3,000 a year. But the price is not the same for everyone, it varies depending on age. For those under 28, there is a reduced fee of $500 to enter and $2,200 per year. For those who have already turned 45, the initial cost is $5,000 and the annuity is $4,000.
It opened its doors in 2020, in a building from 1874. And it’s not just sushi, it’s much more. Inside its walls, you can find a bar, a cafeteria, private rooms, and a movie theater, as well as a sushi restaurant and a more varied restaurant.
Although it allows you to work in its spaces, after a certain hour it is no longer allowed to use computers in its facilities. And there are more rules, members can bring a maximum of three guests.
How to get into Zero Bond
If you want to enter the club, you should know that right now there is a waiting list of more than 9,000 people. And the list is not resolved in order of arrival, but the person you are it is much more important. To enter you must provide your information, a photo, and a letter of recommendation from one of the members who are already there.
Current members include New York Mayor Eric Adams; former Google CEO Eric Schmidt; Elon Musk and Kim Kardashian.
